How To Change Quick Time Player Video Formats?

I am Doing a webshow and I am doing stuff for it on Windows movie Maker but, Quick Time Player Formats Won’t Work with Windows Movie Maker, So Could Someone Please Tell Me how to change the format of the Videos?Please give a simple answer… Thanks So Much!

    go to majorgeeks.com, look in the multimedia section and download any video converter.
