How To Change Quick Time Player Video Formats?

I am Doing a webshow and I am doing stuff for it on Windows movie Maker but, Quick Time Player Formats Won’t Work with Windows Movie Maker, So Could Someone Please Tell Me how to change the format of the Videos?Please give a simple answer… Thanks So Much!

    The best video converter in my experience is winavi video converter download it from http://www.winavi.com and get the key thru limewire or ares or utorrent.Cheers :)
